LOCATION:
Lot 5 Balraith Lane Ewingsdale, NSW 2481
Approx 8 kms west of Byron Bay.
Turn into McGettigan's Lane off Ewingsdale Road, which is the main road into Byron Bay from the Pacific Highway.
Coming from the Pacific Highway roundabout towards Byron Bay, McGettigan's Lane is the second turn on the right hand side.
Balraith Lane is a continuation of McGettigan's Lane. Keep going until you see the school entrance as the road ends. Parking is available for visitors at the bottom of the hill. All visitors are kindly asked to go to the front office to sign in.

Cape Byron is Australia's most easterly point, 153° 39´ east, located on the north coast of New South Wales (see map of Australia below). With its numerous beaches, unspoilt hinterland, and relaxed lifestyle, Byron Bay is a popular tourist destination.
With average summer temperatures of 21C - 28C, and average winter temperatures of 15C - 21C, both locals and visitors are able to enjoy plenty of outdoor activities including the many festivals throughout the year.
Byron Shire has a population of close to 30,000, while the town of Byron Bay has a population of about 9,000.
Byron Bay is located just off the Pacific Highway, 800kms north of Sydney, 175kms south of Brisbane.
Airports are located in Ballina (30mins south) or Coolangatta (60mins north) and busses and trains arrive regularly.
The ameliorating effect of the ocean temperature decreases when moving away from the coast, with inland areas generally warmer during the day and cooler at night. Isolated inland areas experience frost in winter.
