Class 12 is the culmination of the High School journey. The students have launched themselves into the New World in Class 8, have opposed and challenged themselves and each other in Class 9 and have found a certain balance in Class 10. In Class 11 they have developed the ability to look very closely at the particulars in life and now in Class 12, they take these particular elements, and from them create a whole. The Year 12 generative impulse is "synthesis" and activity revolves around: Composing, Consolidating, Creating, Designing, Generating, Re-creating… The students are now able to produce work out of themselves. They are largely self directed and most of their compositions, both academic and creative, are their own creations.
A Rudolf Steiner High School aims to produce students who are creative thinkers, enthusiastic about life and motivated to contribute their gifts to the world, whatever they may be.
